Paintings

many of these paintings are on book covers, salvaged from grey bears recycling center. the books are stripped of the pages inside which are recycled with paper. the covers are separated and are found in the cardboard recycling. sometimes, it is the texture of the cover or the title of the book that is the source of inspiration. other times it is the flowers found & picked on a walk, then put into a handmade ceramic vessel for a still life painting.
